CREM started at a Ladies in CRE breakfast here in Dallas — one of those mornings where the conversation kept drifting to motherhood. Half the room was leaning in, clearly craving that connection. The other half wasn't there for it. That's when it clicked: working moms in DFW commercial real estate needed a space of their own.

"You're showing up as a mom first. It's a space where everyone is welcomed, supported, and understood — regardless of title or company."

We're 300+ moms now. Some are on their first maternity leave. Some are managing teams, travel, and a carpool schedule in the same week. Some are stepmoms. Some are at 10pm with a laptop and a glass of wine, Googling "how to make it all work without burning out."
